Why an order shows "No Downloads" — product not mapped

The order has no ProductFileMap, ProductPackMap, or ProductLinkMap entry for the purchased product, so Alva Digital Downloads has nothing to deliver — add a mapping to that product to fix it.

Steps to fix an unmapped product

1. Open the order in Alva

In the Alva Digital Downloads admin, click Orders and search by Shopify order number or customer email. Orders without any digital products attached open on the Not attached page, which shows the Shopify line items so you can see what was purchased.

2. Identify the unmapped product

Note the product title and variant on the order. A Shopify product is considered unmapped when nothing in Products links it to a file, pack, link, or license key tag — that is, no ProductFileMap, ProductPackMap, ProductLinkMap, or ProductLicenseKeyTagMap row exists for the product or its variant.

3. Map the product

Open Products in Alva, click the unmapped product, and attach a file, pack, link, or license key tag. Save. Every future order for that product will deliver automatically — Alva re-checks the mapping each time the ORDERS_PAID webhook fires.
