Get a receipt or invoice for your Alva subscription

Alva Digital Downloads bills through Shopify, so every receipt and invoice for the app subscription is issued by Shopify and downloaded from your Shopify admin under Settings → Billing → Bills.

  1. Open Shopify admin Settings. In your Shopify admin, click Settings in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Go to Billing. Choose Billing from the settings sidebar. The page lists every charge on your Shopify account, including third-party app subscriptions like Alva Digital Downloads.
  3. Open the Bills tab and download. Click the Bills tab, find the line item for Alva Digital Downloads, then click View bill to download the PDF receipt.

Note: Shopify-issued bills cover the app charge but are not always tax-compliant invoices in every jurisdiction. If you need an invoice with your registered business name, address, and VAT or tax number, contact Shopify support directly — Alva Digital Downloads cannot issue a separate invoice because the payment never lands with us. Shopify collects the charge and remits Alva's share.
